Our Purpose
The pupose of The Summit is to bridge the gap between youth and adult ministries. We desire to raise up young adults that are leaders who are passionate for CHRIST and compassionate for their world.
The way we do this can be summed up in three words:
- Know
- We want young adults to know God and know each other. We want them to have an authentic relationship with their Creator who knows them better than anyone else. Plus, we want them to be connected in solid friendships that build them up.
- Grow
- We want each young adult to know truth. Today many are seeking truth and the one who is truth has revealed Himself to us. To know truth is to know God, to know God is to know His Word. We seek to teach the truths of the Bible in a way that every young adult can connect with it and apply it to their life.
- Serve
- A fulfilled life is a life of service. We seek to help young adults find ways to serve in their life. Every person is different and they all have different abilities. When they use those abilities to serve God and others, they will find the true purpose for their life.
